Former Sebastian Vice Mayor Charles Mauti testified at the criminal trial of former Council members Damien Gilliams and Pamela Parris.
Mauti says it was Gilliams wanted to become mayor and had called him a few times to discuss city business privately, which is a Sunshine Law violation.
