The Sebastian Train Depot is ready to reopen Thursday, Sept. 1, 2022, starting with breakfast sandwiches and a new temporary menu. The hours during their soft opening will be from 6 a.m. until 2 p.m., with extended hours soon.
The restaurant closed in early July for vacation and began working on a new breakfast menu while interviewing new applicants.
“We will gradually increase both our menu and our hours. We thank you in advance for your continued support while we slowly roll things out,” the Sebastian Train Depot said in a statement.
Breakfast will be served from 6 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. with some of these sandwiches on kaiser:
- Taylor ham, egg & cheese
- Bacon, egg & cheese
- Ham, egg & cheese
Lunch options include hotdogs, hot sandwiches, Cubans, BLT, grilled cheese, tuna melt, sausage & peppers, Chicken Philly, and items from a new Grab & Go cooler.
The train depot also features Acai Bowls, where you can build your own with blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, mango, banana, granola, honey, Nutella, and more.
