When we first walked in, we were greeted by a friendly hostess. The spacious restaurant offers plenty of seating, especially for large dinner parties, in a vibrant setting with eye-catching decor. Everything about this place is about authentic Cuban cuisine.
We were served a complimentary basket of Cuban bread with three delicious dipping sauces: cilantro, garlic aioli, and spicy marinara, all made in-house.
Their menu is straightforward, highlighting different sections that offer vegetarian and meat options. I love these types of menus because it’s not overwhelming and you can decide quickly.
I ordered the grilled chicken fajitas, which were fantastic. The chicken breast is perfectly grilled and served with a generous portion of sautéed onions and peppers. The sides include rice, beans, and pico de gallo. The dish also comes with sour cream and cheddar. If you like grilled chicken fajitas, try these at Las Palmas.
My wife ordered the seasoned pork, which is roasted until tender. It came with a generous topping of caramelized grilled onions and served with rice and two additional sides.
The restaurant offers reasonable prices. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The restaurant has a great reputation in town and has been in Sebastian for many years. All of their Cuban dishes are prepared using traditional recipes and ingredients.
