SEBASTIAN – Indian River Shores 1st Annual Fire Truck Pull will be Saturday, June 8, 2019, at Riverview Park, in Sebastian. Registration begins at 8:00 a.m., and the event will conclude at 1:00 p.m.
Gather a team of 5 for first responders (police officer, firefighter, or paramedic), a team of 5 for gym members or a team of 8 for civilian and play “tug of war” with a 65,000 lb fire truck.
All proceeds go to the Special Olympics Florida – Indian River County.
Gather all of your friends and family to come to cheer on your team! The team with the fastest team pull will be named the Fire Truck Pull Challenge Champions!
Awards will be presented to 1st through 3rd place in the following Divisions: First responders, Gym Teams, and Civilian Teams.
The Fire Truck Pull is a Special Olympics run for Special Olympics Event. Special Olympics athletes and Law Enforcement officers will carry the “Flame of Hope” at the Opening Ceremonies for Special Olympics competitions around the world.
Register no later than June 5, 2019, by filling out the Fire Truck Pull form.
