Sebastian Investigation on Englar Drive results in six arrests

Drug bust on Englar Drive in Sebastian, Florida.

Following a joint investigation with Sebastian Police detectives and the FBI Safe Streets Task Force, two search warrants and an arrest warrant were served earlier today.

Sebastian Police Department SRT with assistance from Vero Beach Police and Indian River Shores SWAT executed a search warrant at 152 Englar Drive in Sebastian.

During the search, detectives located and seized over 20 grams of heroin/fentanyl, one handgun, cocaine, methamphetamine, drug scales, multiple electronic devices, and various narcotic smoking equipment.

The following suspects were arrested as part of this investigation.

Terry Scheubert of Sebastian.

Terry Scheubert, 62, was charged with three counts of sale of methamphetamine, three counts of possession of methamphetamine, and three counts of unlawful use of a two-way communication device.

Timothy Yates of Sebastian.

Timothy Yates, 34, was charged with trafficking fentanyl, possession of fentanyl, possession of heroin, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia

Michael Martino of Sebastian, Florida.

Michael Martino, 40, was charged possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Stanley Perrier of Sebastian.

Stanley Perrier, 51, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, tampering with evidence, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kerilynn Maroney of Sebastian.

Kerilynn Maroney, 34, was charged with possession of cocaine, possession of a legend drug, possession of drug paraphernalia, and violation of probation.

Taylor Vargas of Sebastian.

Taylor Vargas, 25, was charged with possession of marijuana less than 20 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Additional charges are anticipated, pending the review and processing of evidence.
