Sebastian Councilman Charles Mauti has been charged with Public Order Crimes and Public Meeting Law Violation for the April 22nd City Council meeting.
Mauti and two other council members entered the city council chambers and voted to fire the city staff and appointed Damien Gilliams as mayor.
In the chambers were also at least three directors from the Sebastian Property Owners Association.
